About Cotton seed oil extraction process

Cotton seed is coming from ginning after removing long fibre. Now seeds need to reduce moisture level which is higher percentage so it required cotton seed dryer for continues process of big quantity process plant, for small process plant mostly processer does sun dry. There after seed is passed through cleaning process stone remover, long fibre remover, Magnate separator, stick, sands and leaf removing seed is feed to Explore through seed conveying system then seed is heated through steam in explore and pressed in screw press in high pressure and extracted the crude oil and then collected oil in underground tank and then feed into Neutralizer machine hear the oil is heated and added salt and caustic soda and hot water and agitated for some time after some time the alkali is separated and collected in machine under level now alkali is takeout and oil is also conveyed and stored in large storage tank to sale out in refinery process.
